From A303
A large roundabout at Podimore (approx. 7 miles north of Yeovil and 4 miles
south of Sparkford) take A37 signed Bristol/Shepton Mallet. Cary
Fitzpaine is exactly 1 mile on the right of the A37, we have Bed &
Breakfast signs on the A37. There is a no-trough road with signs leading
to the farmhouse.
From M5
Leave at Junction 23. Follow A367 for Glastonbury for approx. 8 miles. After going through the
village of Ashcott take a right turn to Somerton (by the Pipers Inn)
follow road for approx. 1.5 miles to cross roads. Go straight over,
heading for Butleigh. Approx. 2 miles to next cross roads, go straight
over (slightly staggered) to Charlton Mackrell. Follow the road through
the village to small roundabout past the garage, take first exit for A37
signed Yeovil follow to A37 and turn right onto A37. Cary Fitzpaine is
1st left off A37 and is signed. Follow B&B signs to the farmhouse.
From A37
Cary Fitzpaine is signed off A37 1 mile north of A303 junction at Podimore and approx. 3
miles south of Lydford on Fosse. Follow B&B signs to farm.
As Cary Fitzpaine is a small hamlet we are not on many national maps.
