Cary Fitzpaine House

Andrew and Susie Crang would be very pleased to welcome you to Cary Fitzpaine.

Cary Fitzpaine is a Georgian Manor Farmhouse set in two acres of beautiful gardens on a 600 acre mixed farm of Arable, Sheep and Horses. Plus various pets. The house is the main house in a tiny hamlet comprising of six cottages and a post box. Life is recorded here in the Doomsday Book and it is very peaceful and tranquil.

Cary Fitzpaine is approxomately 4 miles from Somerton and 8 miles from Yeovil. We are only 1½ miles from the A303 and ½ mile from the A37. It is an excellent base for viewing National Trust properties with Lytes Cary, Barrington Court, Tintinhull, Stourhead and Montacute within easy reach. Plus many other private houses and gardens open to the public nearby. The Fleet Arm Museum at Yeovilton is 5 minutes away and the Haynes Car Museum 10 minutes away.

Wells, Glastonbury, Wookey Hole, Cheddar, Bath and West Showground, Longleat, Cricket St. Thomas and Clarks Village at Street are all in easy reach. Bath, Taunton and Bristol are all less than an hour away. The coast, ie Lyme Regis is 40 minutes away.

In fact, there is something to please everyone in the area.
